Arkéa Conseil Financier & Impact is the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Group’s subsidiary specialising in financial consultancy and forming part of the Corporate, Institutional and Specialised Financing Division headed by Bertrand Blanpain. The subsidiary, headed by Mathilde Paoli, supports mid-market companies and SMEs with their balance sheet transactions: raising finance, balance sheet restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, as well as providing advice on CSR and impact in the context of these strategic financial transactions.
