Wholly-owned subsidiary of the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa group, Arkéa Lending Services (ALS) was created in October 2018.
ALS is a digital platform that connects investors (credit institutions, management companies, institutional investors, etc.) with project sponsors (local authorities, SMEs/SMIs, social landlords, public institutions, hospitals, etc.) seeking debt financing ranging from €1 million to €50 million. Since 2021, ALS has expanded its activities to include structuring advice and debt advisory services through its status as a tied agent of Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels.
