As a social housing enterprise, Armorique Habitat operates as a social landlord in 170 municipalities in Finistère, Morbihan, and Côtes d'Armor, managing a portfolio of nearly 7,000 dwellings, half of which are individual homes.

Organized around local agencies in Guipavas, Landerneau, Quimperlé, Morlaix, Plérin, and Vannes, Armorique Habitat is committed daily to:
- Provide a range of housing at prices and rents adapted to the expectations of housing applicants and prospective homeowners.
- Construct housing that promotes the reduction of occupants' energy bills.
- Allocate a significant portion of its housing to the most disadvantaged populations.

Armorique Habitat is also a member of SAC L4H, a group of 6 social landlords in the Grand Ouest region serving social housing in the territories. L4h is the originator of the Organisme Foncier Solidaire du Grand Ouest, which manages the Solidarity Real Estate Lease and facilitates homeownership for households with modest incomes.
