A group committed to sponsorship and partnerships

Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, its federations Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne and Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest, and its subsidiaries are committed partners of the sporting world, both professional and amateur.

Embodying strong values—resonating with the core principles of cooperation and solidarity—sport is a powerful driver of internal cohesion, a source of collective pride, and a tremendous catalyst for visibility and brand recognition.

The Group's sports sponsorship approach is long-term, supporting large-scale, popular, and unifying projects. Crédit Mutuel Arkéa chooses sports that resonate with its identity and history, and are consistent with its historical presence.

Sailing and offshore racing embody the Group's maritime vocation and tradition. Crédit Mutuel Arkéa lends its name to the Arkéa Ultim Challenge - Brest, the first solo, non-stop, unassisted round-the-world race aboard giant yachts. This exceptional human, technological, and logistical challenge saw its inaugural edition in 2024 achieve resounding public and media success.

Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne, with the support of the Brittany Region and the Finistère Cluster, has sponsored the offshore racing excellence program since 2011. This innovative and pioneering approach, in terms of training and diversity, aims to identify and support talented young sailors, enabling them to compete at the highest level.

In Brittany, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa and Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne also support the four professional football clubs (Stade Rennais, Stade Brestois 29, FC Lorient, and En Avant Guingamp), and the Group will lend its name to the future stadium of Stade Brestois 29: Arkéa Park. Arkéa is also a partner of RC Vannes, a flagship of professional rugby in Brittany, which plays in Pro D2, the second tier of French rugby.

In Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa and Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest are investing in the region's emblematic sport: rugby. The Group has been a premium partner of Union Bordeaux-Bègles, a Top 14 powerhouse and reigning European champion, since 2018. In addition, Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest supports Les Lionnes du Stade Bordelais, French champions, SAXV Charente Rugby, and Cap Rugby Périgueux.

Since 2018, the Group has also lent its name to the Arkéa Arena, located in the heart of the Bordeaux metropolitan area, the leading indoor performance venue outside of Paris in terms of attendance. Its flexible capacity, ranging from 2,500 to 11,300 people, makes it suitable for all types of events, from intimate concerts to major indoor sporting events.
