Crédit Mutuel Arkéa acquires Seqino

Crédit Mutuel Arkéa announces the acquisition of Seqino, a 100% French digital e-invoicing solution registered as a Partner Dematerialization Platform (PDP), designed to simplify and secure financial transactions. This strategic transaction allows the banking group to anticipate the widespread adoption of e-invoicing in France by September 2026 and to support businesses in their digital transition. Thanks to this acquisition, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa now offers a turnkey solution to simplify invoice management and optimize cash flows, either directly for mid-sized companies, micro-businesses, and SMEs, or as a white label solution for banks and accounting firms, key partners of businesses, as well as software publishers. This initiative is fully in line with the Group's innovation and diversification strategy, which aims to offer businesses high-performance solutions adapted to market and regulatory developments.
Crédit Mutuel Arkéa formalizes its partnership with the SNSM to support its employees engaged as volunteer rescuers

Crédit Mutuel Arkéa and the SNSM (French National Maritime Safety Agency) announce the signing of a national partnership agreement to support the commitment of the Group's employees as volunteer rescuers. Employees will receive continued pay for up to 12 days per year when they are deployed for rescue operations or training. The agreement was signed yesterday evening at the National Maritime Museum in Paris, in the presence of Admiral Emmanuel de Oliveira, President of the SNSM, and Julien Carmona, President of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa.

La Directrice générale du Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, Hélène Bernicot, s’est rendue à Bercy le mardi 25 mars 2025 pour rencontrer Véronique Louwagie, ministre déléguée chargée du Commerce, de l’Artisanat, des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises et de l’Économie sociale et solidaire, ainsi que la presse. En tant que co-présidente de la Communauté des Entreprises à Mission, Hélène Bernicot a présenté le 8ᵉ baromètre de l’Observatoire des Sociétés à Mission. En 2024, la France compte ainsi 2 000 sociétés à mission, représentant un million de salariés. En seulement trois ans, ce modèle a triplé en nombre, illustrant une véritable dynamique, faisant par ailleurs écho aux propres engagements du Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, devenu entreprise à mission en mai 2022.
