With its Raison d'être formalized in 2020 and its status as a Mission-driven Company adopted in 2022, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa is strengthening its commitment by reinforcing its Responsible Purchasing Policy.
The Group is resolutely committed to serving the regions and their economic players, as well as supporting the environmental and societal transitions of its suppliers.
Through its Responsible Purchasing Policy, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa is committed to implementing practices that guarantee virtuous, sustainable and balanced relationships with its suppliers, as part of an ongoing process of continuous improvement.
Our 4 commitments
1- Support the transition of our suppliers, particularly in our territories, with a partnership approach that enables a shared vision of co-development.
2- Integrate environmental and social issues into every phase of the purchasing process.
3- Ensure better control of CSR risks generated by the activities of our service providers through a sector-based risk approach.
4- Guarantee ethical business practices in our relations with suppliers.
These commitments constitute a truly unifying corporate project, involving not only Buyers but every employee, partner and supplier, and are integrated into the Group's Ethics Charter.
The Supplier Relations and Responsible Purchasing label
Strongly involved in this project and respectful of its commitments, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa obtained on June 26, 2024 the "Supplier Relations and Responsible Purchasing" (RFAR) label awarded by the Labeling Committee of the National Council of Purchases.
This label distinguishes French companies that have proven to have sustainable and balanced relationships with their suppliers.
