Isabelle Combarel (46) has been appointed head of Arkéa Capital, the Group's private equity subsidiary. She succeeds Alain Hervé, appointed Managing Director of Arkéa Banque Privée, and becomes Chairman of the Management Board. Arkéa Capital currently has 50 employees, 1.3 billion assets under management and more than a hundred companies supported.

Since 2019, Isabelle Combarel has been Deputy Managing Director in charge of development and ESG at the non-listed asset management company SWEN Capital Partners, owned by Ofi Invest and Crédit Mutuel Arkéa.

With over 20 years' experience in the financial markets, Isabelle Combarel knows both the world of institutional investors and that of asset management. She began her career at MAIF as a financial analyst and then as an equity portfolio manager. In 2012, she joined Ofi Invest, in the entity that would become SWEN Capital Partners in 2015, as Investment Director. She will be behind and involved in strengthening SWEN Capital Partners' positioning in the sustainable investment market and directing the management company's activity towards impact strategies.

Isabelle Combarel is Vice-Chairwoman and a member of the Board of Directors of France Invest, a trade association for private equity investors. She is also a director of Sofiouest, the investment company of the Ouest France media group.
