Crédit Mutuel Arkéa moves into its new Paris premises: Chateaubriand and Trinity, symbols of modernity, well-being and eco-responsibility
20/06/2024
Crédit Mutuel Arkéa announces that its Paris teams are moving into two new emblematic workspaces: the Chateaubriand building, in the heart of Paris, and the Trinity Tower, in the La Défense business district. These developments illustrate the cooperative banking group's desire to strengthen synergies between its entities and to offer its employees modern, friendly and sustainable working environments, in keeping with its status as a company with a mission.
Chateaubriand: a 100% Crédit Mutuel Arkéa "common home" in the heart of Paris
Crédit Mutuel Arkéa has just moved into the heart of the 8th arrondissement of Paris. The Chateaubriand building has been designed to create a shared space not only for the cooperative banking group's Paris-based teams, but also for employees on the move and customers, forming a genuine Arkéa "common home".
The aim of this initiative is to strengthen interaction and synergies between Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's entities by bringing together its Paris-based teams in a single building. More than 250 employees from Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels, Arkéa Crédit Bail, Arkéa Capital, Schelcher Prince Gestion and Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, including a trading room, have recently moved into this space designed to promote well-being and quality of life in the workplace.
Trinity: a modern, environmentally-friendly choice
At the same time, the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa teams based at La Défense - Arkéa Direct Bank (Fortuneo), Procapital, Monext, CFCAL, Suravenir and teams from the Pôle Opérations & Innovation (PI&O) - moved into their new workspaces: 3 floors within the Tour Trinity, located in the heart of La Défense, to strengthen exchanges and synergies between the various entities grouped together in these modern and pleasant workspaces.
Two innovative eco-designed spaces for well-being and quality of life at work
The Chateaubriand building was built in 1971 and completely refurbished in 2023. It offers a bright, welcoming working environment structured into a variety of different spaces, encouraging both individual work and exchanges between colleagues. The building is also exemplary from an environmental point of view, with a significant reduction in energy costs (-30%) and eco-design that respects the existing building. The award of the Osmoz label testifies to the building's exceptional quality of use and comfort, which responds to the essential challenges of QWL (quality of life at work), such as environmental health and work/life balance.
The Trinity Tower was voted "best office tower in the world" in 2022. This modern, bright building is distinguished by its dual HQE Exceptional and BREEAM Excellent environmental certification. The innovative design of the workspaces maximizes employee comfort and encourages collaboration and well-being, thanks in particular to bioclimatic façades and abundant natural light.
"The simultaneous moves of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's Paris teams into two new emblematic premises: the Chateaubriand building in the 8th arrondissement and the Trinity Tower in La Défense are designed to strengthen the synergies between the group's various entities so that we can provide our customers with even better support for their projects. In keeping with the Group's mission-driven approach adopted two years ago, we have ensured that each project complies with high standards of sustainability and eco-responsibility, as demonstrated by the various labels awarded to the two buildings. We have also ensured that these new spaces offer our employees high-quality working environments conducive to professional fulfillment and well-being at work."
