Arkéa Banking Services, a subsidiary of the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa group, announces the appointment of Xavier Eloy as Chairman of the Executive Board. A key player in the B2B banking market, Arkéa Banking Services is recognized for its pioneering role in white-label banking outsourcing. Thanks to its sovereign technology platforms, proven expertise, and agility, it supports the transformation of financial institutions, fintechs, and payment players. This appointment is part of an ambitious drive for growth and innovation, driven by Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's "Faire 2030" strategic plan.

A committed career dedicated to the group's transformation

Xavier Eloy, 41, is a graduate of the IMT Atlantique engineering school. After an initial career in organizational transformation consulting, major project management, and change management, marked by the creation of his own organization, id8 conseil, Xavier joined the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa group in 2016 as Head of Organization for the Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne Local Branch Network. In 2022, he joined the Arkéa Banking Services subsidiary as Projects and Support Director, where he led several key projects, including the establishment of the Projects and Support Department, a major IT migration project, and the launch of operational activities for two banking institutions. He now heads this entity with the ambition of continuing its development in close collaboration with all 262 employees.

This appointment is part of the ambitious trajectory of Faire 2030, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's strategic plan which fuels strong growth ambitions for Arkéa Banking Services, the spearhead of the group's B2B activity.

Within this framework, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa intends to:

• strengthen its position as a leader in the banking outsourcing market by making its subsidiaries key players in their fields and expanding its range of banking and financial solutions,
• complete its B2B strategy via high-performance, sovereign, and enhanced IT platforms that will support the strategy of its main B2B clients as well as internal stakeholders,
• align internal and external needs in terms of offerings and customer/employee journeys to increase pooling and ensure the replicability of the offering at the Group level.
