The commission of inquiry, appointed by the administrative court, has issued an unreservedly favorable opinion on the Arkéa Park project, Brest's future stadium. It particularly emphasized the project's public interest nature.

Launched at the end of March, the public inquiry engaged the general public and collected more than 2,200 citizen contributions.
