Crédit Mutuel Arkéa has formalized the sale of its 40% stake in SWEN Capital Partners to the OFI Invest group. Following this transaction, OFI Invest now holds 90.3% of SWEN's capital, alongside 49 employee shareholders who retain 9.7% of the capital and their active role in governance.

This transaction is part of a strategic refocusing process for both groups:

• Ofi Invest, along with the management team, is pursuing its ambition to consolidate SWEN CP's position as a leading player in unlisted sustainable finance, both in France and internationally, with the aim of putting investment at the service of institutional and individual investors.
• Crédit Mutuel Arkéa is expanding its unlisted private equity business with Arkéa Capital, whose ambition is to support entrepreneurs in projects with a regional impact.

A minority partner of SWEN Capital Partners for ten years, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa is proud to have contributed to the development of a player that has become a key player in responsible private equity. While the shareholder structure is evolving, the ties with SWEN remain strong. Crédit Mutuel Arkéa will continue to invest in SWEN CP's funds and entrust it with the administration of the private equity portfolio of Suravenir, its life and pension insurance subsidiary.

This new strategic direction will enable SWEN Capital Partners to accelerate its development with a consolidated strategy to contribute positively to the financing of tomorrow's economy.
