PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine is creating a rental property company focused on individual houses. Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, SMABTP, and PROCIVIS Aquitaine Sud, long-standing partners of the Group, are providing strategic support by investing in the creation of this innovative tool.

On October 9, 2025, the official signing of the statutes of the PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine Property Company took place in the presence of Franck Valletoux, President of PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine, Isabelle Bellocq, Chief Executive Officer of PROCIVIS Aquitaine Sud, and Guillaume Macher, General Director of PROCIVIS UES-AP.

The creation of the PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine Property Company addresses several major challenges:

  • To offer a quality housing solution tailored to the needs of young households and workers,
  • To enable developing companies to house their employees in job markets under pressure, where increasingly frequent housing shortages hinder investments,
  • To enhance the economic attractiveness of territories by contributing to economic development and job creation.

The ambition of the PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine Property Company is to gradually build a portfolio of 200 individual houses, distributed across about twenty job markets in Nouvelle-Aquitaine (Gironde, Landes, Deux-Sèvres, Haute-Vienne, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Basque Country), in order to meet the growing rental demand.

More than just a real estate tool, the PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine Property Company is part of a societal and territorial dimension, combining:

  • Responsible and sustainable investment that incorporates the highest environmental standards,
  • The multi-sector expertise in housing that characterizes the PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine Group as a developer, builder of individual houses, property manager, and social landlord,
  • The values of cooperative and mutual governance,
  • A commitment to social inclusion and local employment.

By leveraging the leadership of the PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine Group, particularly in individual housing with brands such as IGC, Construction Horizontale, Maisons d’en France, and Maisons Aura, the PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine Property Company positions itself as a key operational tool that enhances and complements the Group's achievements across all job markets in the region.

By joining forces around this initiative, PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, SMABTP, and PROCIVIS Aquitaine Sud assert their shared commitment to contributing to accessible, sustainable, and inclusive housing, serving the residents and businesses of our territories.

"It was entirely logical for Crédit Mutuel Arkéa to participate in the launch of the PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine Property Company. The project is being carried out for the benefit of one of our historical territories, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, and provides a concrete response to a major social and economic issue: housing. As a mission-driven company and a cooperative and territorial banking group, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa is committed, particularly through its real estate division, to supporting access to housing, accelerating the energy and environmental transitions of the sector, and contributing to local vitality. The Property Company launched today is a concrete realization of our commitment, in association with key players like PROCIVIS and SMABTP."

Bertrand Blanpain, Deputy General Director of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa and member of the Executive Committee

"It is a true pride for the teams of PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine and Aquitaine Sud to innovate by creating the first rental property company focused on individual houses and to do so with the two major investors in the housing sector, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa and SMABTP, whom we sincerely thank for their repeatedly demonstrated commitment alongside the PROCIVIS network. This innovative solution has the primary objective of facilitating access to quality housing for the residents of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, who have been deprived of their ability to immediately access home ownership due to the housing crisis."

Philippe Petiot, General Director of PROCIVIS Nouvelle Aquitaine
