Crédit Mutuel Arkéa announces the appointment of Philippe Bauda as Chief Financial Officer and Global Performance Director. He succeeds Marc Paradis, who has joined the Group's Executive Committee as Director of Strategy, Finance, and Governance. With a team of over 170 people, the Finance & Global Performance Department measures and supports the Group in its financial and non-financial choices to serve its model of regional banking and mission-driven enterprise.
At 47 years old, Philippe Bauda holds a Master's degree in Economics and a DESS in Banking and Finance from the University of Rennes 1. He has spent his entire career at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa. After starting as an asset-liability manager at the Interfederal Caisse of Crédit Mutuel, he contributed to the creation of the subsidiaries Arkéa Home Loans SFH and Arkéa Public Sector SCF. In 2008, he became Head of the balance sheet management department of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa. In 2018, he was appointed Director of Financial Steering of the Group before becoming Chief Financial Officer and Global Performance Director in 2025.
The Finance and Global Performance Department includes teams responsible for the Group's accounting and taxation, financial steering, market back office, financial communication, and measurement of non-financial performance.
As part of the strategic plan "Faire 2030," the Finance and Global Performance Department is committed alongside the Group's entities to support its development and transformation ambitions. Its main objective is to measure and steer the trajectory and key financial and non-financial indicators of the Group.

“I am honored and pleased to lead the Finance and Global Performance Department, composed of a committed and expert team. I am dedicated to putting our expertise to work for the collective success of the Group and its ambitions. In an unstable economic environment, with a regulatory context marked by the implementation of Basel IV and strong expectations regarding sustainability, all the expertise of the department will be fully mobilized to ensure sustainable performance and manage the Group's balances.”
