BtoB: Arkéa sets up a long-term partnership with Axa Banque
The Arkéa group, in particular through its subsidiary Arkéa Banking Services (ABS}, announces a long-term partnership with AXA Banque, a subsidiary of AXA France, which has entrusted it with the management of part of its activities.
On 1 October, AXA Banque will transfer its IT activities and part of its back-office activities to Arkéa Banking Services. Nearly 180 AXA Banque employees will then join Arkéa Banking Services, the Arkéa group subsidiary dedicated to white label services.
This partnership will support the growth of AXA Banque, a strategic asset for AXA France and its networks. Customers and networks will benefit from new innovations and an excellent level of service quality. Arkéa's recognised experience and technical expertise in retail banking will drive a new dynamic for AXA Banque, its network and its customers.
Frédéric Diverrez, member of Arkéa's Executive Committee in charge of BtoB activities, comments: "The signing of this long-term partnership with AXA Banque follows on from a collaboration initiated in 2015 by Monext, a subsidiary of the Arkéa group specialising in electronic banking. The Arkéa group's teams are enthusiastically committed to supporting AXA Banque in the transformation of its operating model. For 10 years, Arkéa Banking Services has been putting its experience and technical expertise at the service of financial institutions, insurers and fintechs to enable them to focus on two priority issues: their core business and customer relations, with the assurance of benefiting from the latest innovations and proven service quality. »

Frédéric Diverrez, 49, takes over the management of the division in charge of BtoB activities and specialised services at Arkéa, and joins the Executive Committee of the cooperative and territorial banking group.
