Thanks to its in-house developed touch control center, Arkéa Assistance integrates a wide range of services that contribute to the well-aging. Currently, on the foundation of this center, services such as teleassistance, teleconsultation, tele-monitoring with a listening line and psychological support, as well as a family social network, have been integrated. This network allows the beneficiary to communicate in a fun and simple way with their loved ones. The list can still be expanded with other services, in a development-oriented approach, as this center has been designed with an open architecture.
Other solutions complement the system to accompany the elderly person in their movements: a mobile application, a connected watch, and more.
In 2016, Arkéa Assistance, in collaboration with Groupama, established its own call center in Rennes, with 70 operators trained in emergency situations, available 24/7.
Arkéa Assistance markets its solutions through distribution networks such as CMB and CMSO, as well as directly on the Internet or in white-label partnerships.
