The group offers Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) services. For the client company, outsourcing its non-strategic business processes not only significantly reduces costs but also constitutes a competitiveness lever, allowing it to focus on its core business while benefiting from state-of-the-art products and services that comply with regulations. For the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa group, these partnerships enhance its expertise and establish its development on a national and European scale.
A key player economically and of great importance for the group's positioning is the B2B and Specialized Services Division.
By combining banking expertise (payment, credit, customer relations, etc.) and reselling these solutions under a white label, the B2B Division ensures the group's diversification of activities and growth levers, providing market trends and associated offers in specialized fields. With 2,100 employees (as of December 2021), it comprises 6 entities.
Beyond these B2B-specialized subsidiaries, other subsidiaries develop B2B activities through the distribution of their products via external networks (Suravenir, Suravenir Assurances, etc.).
