Internal Mobility, Let's Talk About It!

A powerful lever for individual and collective development, internal mobility represents for each individual an opportunity to experience rich, exciting, and diversified professional journeys. To provide personalized support to each person, a dedicated portal for internal mobility is accessible to learn about the process, prepare, and apply for an internal position.

In the fall of 2023, this system was complemented by the introduction of a digital self-coaching platform, "JobMaker" allowing individuals to autonomously navigate their career path, clarify professional aspirations, and define their evolution project. Currently, we record over 1,000 internal mobility experiences annually!

Supporting employees begins from their integration. The "Workelo" platform, implemented within the group and entities, guides employees in their onboarding through an engaging and interactive process.

Implementation of the Experience Barometer

To support our employees, we create the necessary conditions for them to be active participants in their professional journey, offering them the opportunity to develop their skills, acknowledge their expertise, and achieve professional and individual fulfillment.

In 2022, the Experience Barometer was implemented to measure the perceived experience of all group employees and to align our HR actions on a trajectory of progress. In 2023, 57% of employees participated in the barometer, with 91% expressing satisfaction working within the Group, 66% feeling fulfilled in their work, and 57% believing they have internal mobility opportunities.

CAMEO program

 

To go further and encourage the exploration of new paths to develop employees' skills, the CAMEO program was launched in the fall of 2023. CAMEO offers the opportunity for 10 employees to immerse themselves in the exciting world of innovation by closely collaborating with a partner startup for six months.

The program includes theoretical training sessions to reinvent project management, an immersion into the startup environment to apply theory in practice, and the execution of a business-focused mission. All of this is accompanied by personalized coaching from an independent entrepreneur.

Diversity Ambassadors

 

We are committed to promoting cooperation within the group, strengthening the engagement and enrichment of employees for the common good through collective intelligence in both their internal and external actions. To achieve this, numerous initiatives exist, enabling employees to step outside their daily routines.

Among them, we find diversity ambassadors, who form a network of dedicated and engaged employees actively involved in actions supporting diversity and inclusion.
