Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Reporting Procedure
To make a report, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa provides you with the secure platform from Whistleblower Software ApS, accessible 24/7. All provided information is encrypted and stored in this secure and independent information system that complies with all confidentiality rules. Everyone involved in the processing of a report is bound by a confidentiality agreement and will handle the report with the utmost care.
This right to report must be exercised responsibly, non-defamatory, and non-abusive. The abusive use of the reporting system may lead to legal proceedings and/or sanctions. The whistleblower cannot be penalized for choosing not to use this right.
This reporting system differs from the customer complaints handling process. For the latter, please contact your usual advisor.
