Crédit Mutuel Arkéa is a cooperative bank-insurance group. It is made up of the Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne and Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest federations and their member local banks, as well as around forty specialised subsidiaries. Crédit Mutuel Arkéa is not listed on the stock exchange. It is owned by its members, who are both shareholders and customers, and who steer its strategy at every decision-making level in a democratic process based on the principle of "one person, one vote". Crédit Mutuel Arkéa is affiliated to Confédération Nationale du Crédit Mutuel (CNCM), which is the central body of the Crédit Mutuel network, in accordance with article L. 511-30 of the French Monetary and Financial Code.
