The Board of Directors
Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's Board of Directors has 20 administrators :
- 16 directors representing the members. They are elected at the Annual General Meeting and come from the areas where Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's activities are carried out, namely :
- 12 directors for the branches affiliated to the Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne federation,
- 4 directors for the branches affiliated to the Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest federation,
- 2 directors from outside the cooperative movement: elected by the General Meeting, they have been approved in advance by the Appointments and governance Committee and the Board of Directors of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa;
- 2 employee directors elected by the Group Works Council: They are appointed by the group committee.
The Board of Directors also includes two non-voting advisors who are not members of the cooperative movement and an Honorary Chairman.

Julien CARMONA
Chairman of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Julien Carmona is a graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Ulm) and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration. He also has a degree in history. After joining the Inspectorate of Finance in 1997, he joined BNP Paribas before being appointed economic adviser to the French President in 2004. In 2007, he became a member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of Groupe Caisse d'Épargne (now BPCE), before joining SCOR SE in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer. He then joined Nexity in 2014, where he successively held the positions of Deputy Chief Executive Officer and then Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He joined the Board of Directors of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa in 2021 and was elected Chairman. Since 2022 he has also been Chairman of the Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne federation.

Sophie VIOLLEAU
Vice-Chairman of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
A graduate of the Institut Supérieur des Hautes Études Économiques et Commerciales, Sophie Violleau has held various marketing positions since 1994. In 2008, she founded Parenteo Services, a personal services company, which she co-managed until 2022. She is now Managing Director of SDV Holding. She is also Chairwoman of the Fondation Bocké, a not-for-profit foundation that runs 11 homes for the dependent elderly in Gironde and the Basque Country. She was elected Vice-Chairman of the Crédit Mutuel de la Couronne branch in 2015 and becomes Chairman of the Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest federation in 2020.

Valérie BARLOIS-LEROUX
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, not a member of the cooperative movement
A graduate of ESCP and former top-level sportswoman and Olympic fencing medallist, Valérie Barlois-Leroux held various positions in the human resources, sales and property departments of the Bouygues constructions group. She was then appointed Director of Development and Partnership Relations at Enéal (Action logement group). Since September 2021, she has been Deputy Managing Director of BCA Expertise.

Valérie BLANCHET-LECOQ
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Valérie Blanchet-Lecoq holds a degree in corporate law and a postgraduate diploma in business law. She has been a lawyer since 1994. After practising in various law firms, she joined Jurilor in Quéven (56). She was elected administrator of Crédit Mutuel Lorient Porte des Indes in 2016.

Philippe CHUPIN
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Philippe Chupin holds a degree in agricultural engineering and a master's degree in international trade. He began his career with the Côtes d'Armor Chamber of Agriculture. He is currently Managing Director of Danbred France. He has been a board member of the Crédit Mutuel de Saint-Brieuc Centre-Ville since 2008, and he also served as vice-president and then president until 2024.

Stéphane CLOAREC
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Stéphane Cloarec holds a Master's degree in Economics and began his career as a portfolio manager with Société Cogédis. He then joined Crédit Agricole as an agricultural account manager. Since 2005 he has been financial manager of the Le Kreisker school complex in Saint Pol de Léon. After serving as a deputy mayor for 12 years, he was elected mayor of Saint Pol de Léon in 2020 and vice-chairman of the Haut Léon community of municipalities.
He is also an administrator of the Caisse de Crédit Mutuel de Saint Pol de Léon and a federal councillor.

Yvon ERHEL
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
A former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan, holding a master's degree in Automation and Signal Processing and a doctorate in Telecommunications and Signal Processing, Yvon Erhel began his career as a professor of electronics and then joined the Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan Military Academy as a researcher in electronics and later as deputy director of the research center.
He has been a board member of the Crédit Mutuel du Rheu (35) since 1997 and served as president from 2018 to 2024. He is also a federal elected representative and the departmental president of Ille et Vilaine.

Pascal FAUGERE
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Pascal Faugère holds an economics certificate from the CPECF and a master's degree from Kedge business school. He has spent his career at the Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he was Head of Mission from 1995 to 2009, Director of Business and Professional Training from 2009 to 2012, Director of Economic Development and International Relations from 2012 to 2016, and Managing Director since 2016. He has been a board member of the Crédit Mutuel de Barrière du Médoc since 2020 and president since 2025.

Monique HUET
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, not a member of the cooperative movement
A graduate of HEC, Monique Huet has spent her career in the energy sector, first with EDF and then with Gaz de France. She was CFO of GDF Production Nederland BV in Holland and then of the Exploration & Production Business Unit of the GDF SUEZ group (Engie). She now works as a consultant and trainer. She is a certified administrator of Sciences Po - Institut Français des Administrateurs.

Sophie LANGOUET-PRIGENT
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Sophie Langouët-Prigent holds a Master's degree in biochemistry and a European doctorate in toxicology. She is Director of Research at the Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale (Inserm). She has also been an administrator of the Caisse de Crédit Mutuel de Rennes Sainte Anne- Saint Martin since 2015 and became its chairman in 2018.

Anne-Gaëlle LE BAIL
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
A graduate of ESC Montpellier and holder of a postgraduate diploma in macroeconomics from Mannheim University, Anne-Gaëlle Le Bail has held various Finance and Management Control positions in industrial companies in France and Europe since 1996. She is currently Financial Director of the STERIS group.
She has been a board member of the Crédit Mutuel d’Eysines (33) since 2015 and served as president from 2015 to 2024.

Brigitte LE COIDIC
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Holder of a state nursing diploma, a university diploma in tobacco control, and a certification in Ericksonian hypnosis, Brigitte Le Coidic worked at the University Hospitals of Rennes and then Brest. She also contributed to the League Against Cancer in Morlaix. Since 2008, she has been providing smoking cessation consultations at the Hospital Center of the Morlaix region. She has been a board member of the Crédit Mutuel de Carhaix (29) since 2001 and has served as vice-president since 2008. She is also a federal board member. Finally, she has solid experience within the group's subsidiaries and currently holds the presidency of the boards of Arkea Direct Bank (Fortuneo) and Arkea Bourse Retail.

Jean LE NIR
Employee Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Jean Le Nir holds a degree in Accounting and Finance and began his career in 1999 with Suravenir as an accountant in charge of technical accounting for loan insurance and provident savings.
He then joined the Group's finance department in 2003, where he held various positions, including group management controller and project manager. An employee representative for many years, he acted as secretary to the Central Works Council from 2016 to 2019. After spending 5 years in the asset management subsidiary of the Group, he joined the MOA & Global Performance Data Management department as a project manager. Jean Le Nir also holds the ICCF (International Certificate in Corporate Finance) certification offered by HEC Paris.

Patrick LE PROVOST
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
An agricultural engineer and graduate of the Institut Français de Gestion, Patrick Le Provost held various positions with the Groupement de Défense Sanitaire des Côtes d'Armor from 1980 onwards, before becoming Managing Director of the Groupement de Défense Sanitaire de Bretagne between 1994 and 2018.
He was elected administrator of the Crédit Mutuel du Gouet et du Lie caisse in 2003 and also served as Vice-Chairman for several years.

Frédéric LEMOINE
Censor of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
A graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales and with a law degree, Frédéric Lemoine is a former student of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration and a former finance inspector. Early in his career, he alternated between public and private responsibilities. He was director of a hospital, deputy director of the office of the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, CFO of Capgemini, deputy secretary general of the Elysée Palace between 2002 and 2004, chairman of the supervisory board of Areva and senior advisor to McKinsey. In 2009 and until the end of 2017, he became Chairman of the Executive Board of Wendel, managing a network of international companies and chairing the Board of Directors of Bureau Veritas. A specialist in governance, he is currently Chairman and CEO of Allegro Cantabile, an investment and consultancy company he set up in 2018, and was recently appointed adviser on strategic developments to the Chairman of Meridiam, a company with a mission specialising in the development of sustainable infrastructures.

Isabelle MAURY
Censor of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Isabelle Maury holds a Master's degree in Financial Techniques from ESSEC business school. She has spent a large part of her career in major banking groups as director of risk, compliance and internal audit, including 12 years on the executive committee of the BPCE group. An expert in risk, compliance, audit, regulation and governance, in 2017 she set up the IM7 Consulting brand to help senior executives address these issues.

Erwan MEUDEC
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Erwan Meudec holds a degree in computer engineering and began his career with Localeo. He then joined IBM as a consultant, where he carried out various assignments in the banking sector, before taking on sales responsibilities, again with major banking accounts. He is currently a manager of garden centers. He has also been a board member of the Crédit Mutuel de Landerneau Elorn since 2016.

Valérie MOREAU
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Holder of a master's degree in humanities and business coaching, Valérie Moreau specializes in human resources management and leadership. Beginning her career as an advisor at Pôle Emploi, she spent 10 years there, serving as a manager and notably as a branch director, while simultaneously conducting training missions at a management university. Since 2020, she has founded Auxilium Talents, where she works as a professional coach. She has been elected to the Board of Directors of Crédit Mutuel de Montpon Menesterol since 2013, serving as Vice-President since 2015.

Yves MAINGUET
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Holding a degree from the Nantes School of Business and the Diploma of Accounting and Financial Studies, specializing in audit and management control, Fabienne Richard-Velly began her career at KPMG Audit France as a statutory auditor. She then joined ASSEDIC Bretagne (later Pôle Emploi and now France Travail) as the head of accounting and management control. Since 2009, she has held the position of Director of Administration, Finance, and Management.
She has been a director of the Crédit Mutuel branch in Rennes Saint Hélier (35) since 2009 and a federal elected representative since 2020.

Colette SENE
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Graduated in law, Colette Séné worked in the public service as a manager of social action and child protection programs. She then served as a socio-professional integration officer within a social action area of the Departmental Council of Morbihan. She has been a board member of the Crédit Mutuel de Malestroit-Serent since 1988, where she notably held the positions of vice-president and then president.

Dominique TRUBERT
Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Dominique Trubert holds a vocational diploma in agriculture, a certificate of specialisation in cattle and pig breeding and a BPA in management accounting. He has been running his pig farm in Gévezé since 1984. He was elected administrator of the Pacé-Vezin Crédit Mutuel branch in 2006. Since 2020, he has been Chairman of Crédit Mutuel Agricole's Brittany branch.

Marie VIGNAL-RENAULT
Employee Administrator of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Marie Vignal-Renault holds a master's degree in applied foreign languages with a major in business and commerce. She began her career at the Comité régional du tourisme de Bretagne, where she held a variety of positions. She joined Crédit Mutuel Arkéa in 2007 as a customer officer and is now a management assistant in the network support structure of the Côtes d'Armor departmental branch.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's main mission is to assist the group's CEO in strategic management and performance development. The Committee's role is to :
-propose strategic orientations to the Board of Directors;
-oversee the implementation of the strategy defined by the Board of Directors and allocate resources for its implementation;
-set objectives for the group's components and ensure their achievement;
-address organizational and general interest issues of the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa cooperative banking group.
Hélène BERNICOT
General Manager
Hélène Bernicot is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and a chartered accountant. She began her professional career with Mazars, where she managed a number of audit assignments for major groups.
She joined Crédit Mutuel Arkéa in 2004. She successively held various positions within the Finance Department, then the Human Resources Department, and helped to draw up the group's strategic plan, Horizons 2015.
In 2016, she joined the General Coordination Committee and in 2019 the Group Executive Committee, in charge of the General Secretariat and Corporate Communications.
In 2020, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa.
Since June 2023, Hélène Bernicot has co-chaired the Communauté des entreprises à mission (CEM) with Guillaume Desnoës, co-founder of Alenvi. The CEM, the leading association in France on the issue of the company with a mission (350 members), is convinced that companies have an essential role to play in meeting the social and environmental challenges of the 21st century. The association brings together and mobilises all those who aspire to adopt this business model, promote it and deploy it in society.
Hélène Bernicot is also Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's permanent representative on the Board of Directors of Office Coordination Bancaire Financière, the association which brings together 125 financial institutions, both independent and subsidiaries or branches of major French and foreign groups.
Anne LE GOFF
Executive Vice-President, Development Support Division
Anne Le Goff is a qualified member of the French Institute of Actuaries and a graduate of the Centre des Hautes Études d'Assurances. She joined Suravenir, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's life and provident insurance subsidiary, in 1996. In 2006, she joined the group's central departments, where she was responsible for risk control and management, before joining the Chairman's office.
After serving as Company Secretary, she was appointed Director of the Group's Corporate Secretariat and Corporate Communications in 2012.
Appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2016, she heads Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's Development Support division, which includes the Finance and Global Performance, Financial Markets, Risks, Legal, Compliance and Permanent Control, Organisation and General Resources, Institutional Relations departments, as well as Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's General Secretariat and Corporate Communications departments.
Since February 2020, she and Hélène Bernicot have served as the group's two CEOs.
Anne Le Goff represents Crédit Mutuel Arkéa on the "Les entreprises s'engagent" community, which brings together companies committed to an inclusive society and a sustainable world. She is also a member of the Executive Board of the Rennes School of Business association.
Elisabeth QUELLEC
Head of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's Retail Customers division and member of the Group's Executive Committee
Elisabeth Quellec is a graduate of NEOMA Business School (Reims). She began her career in 1993 at AGF Vie (now Allianz) as a management controller. Against a backdrop of rapid technological change, she quickly moved into the field of customer relations management, as head of the Organisation, Quality and Customer Services Department, with particular responsibility for structuring customer paths, designing and developing CRM tools and the associated services offered as part of the customer loyalty programme.
In 2002, she joined the Research Department of Suravenir, Crédit Mutuel Arké's life insurance and provident
subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa. Six years later, she joined the Group's central services
and took charge of the Financial Steering Department. In 2019, Elisabeth Quellec will be appointed Head of Risk Management.
Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's Retail Customers division has almost 4,800 employees, divided between the Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne and Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest local mutual networks, the online banks Fortuneo and Keytrade Bank (Belgium), as well as the Marketing and Customer & Advisor Operations departments.
Bertrand BLANPAIN
Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa in charge of the Corporate and Institutional Division
A graduate of ESCP Europe, with a Master's degree in economics and a DEA in political economy, Bertrand Blanpain began his professional career at Drouot Assurances (1986-1987) before moving on to the Caisse d'Épargne group (1987-2015), where he held various senior management positions in sales, human resources, banking operations and finance.
Bertrand Blanpain joined Crédit Mutuel Arkéa in June 2015 as Commercial Director of Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels, then Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board.
He has also been a member of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's Executive Committee, Head of the Corporate and Institutional Division since 2016 and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa since 2021.
Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's Corporate and Institutional Division brings together all the expertise needed to finance and develop businesses, institutional players (local authorities, healthcare, social housing and the social economy) and property professionals. It is structured around 4 business lines supported by 4 specialised subsidiaries: a commercial bank (Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels), a private equity company (Arkéa Capital), a property and equipment leasing company (Arkéa Crédit Bail) and a company specialising in disintermediated financing (Arkéa Lending Services).
Bertrand Blanpain also represents Crédit Mutuel Arkéa on the Board of Directors of Sofiouest (an investment and holdings company) and on the Board of Directors of Nexity (a property operator).
Thomas GUYOT
Head of Products division and member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, Thomas Guyot began his career in the telecommunications sector at Cegetel Entreprises before joining Crédit Mutuel Arkéa in 2006 as Marketing Manager of Symphonis, which later merged with Fortuneo. He then managed Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's balance sheet management, before taking over as Head of the Trading Room in 2008. In 2012, he joined Suravenir, the group's provident and life insurance subsidiary, as Technical and Financial Manager, before becoming Chairman of the subsidiary's Executive Board in early 2022.
In September 2022, Thomas Guyot was appointed Head of Products Division and joined Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's Executive Committee.
Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's Products Division employs 1,200 people in some twenty entities specialising in insurance, asset management and real estate.
Véronique CROUZIER
Member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, in charge of Dynamics and Human Relations
A graduate of ESSEC business school, Véronique Crouzier joined Federal Finance, an asset management company and subsidiary of the Arkéa group, in 2001 as Marketing and Communications Officer and then Project Manager.
In 2010, she joined the Group's human resources department and was also involved in the retail banking transformation project initiated by General Management. In 2015, she joined Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest as Area Manager before taking over as Head of Cooperative Life, General Secretariat and Communications in 2018.
In 2020, she will be responsible for the Group's Human Resources Department.
Frédéric DIVERREZ
Head of BtoB and specialised services division and member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
A graduate of the EPSI computer engineering school, Frédéric Diverrez began his professional career in 1997 at Sopra Steria, a European leader in consulting, digital services and software publishing. He held various positions during his 13-year career before joining the Management Committee as Director of the Banking-Insurance and Means of Payment divisions, in charge of electronic payment products.
Frédéric Diverrez joined the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa group in 2009 as Chief Executive Officer and then Chairman of the Management Board of ProCapital, a subsidiary providing securities services to financial institutions and asset management companies. In 2012, he took over the management of Monext, which specialises in electronic payment transactions, becoming Chairman of the Management Board in 2017.
In August 2020, Frédéric Diverrez became head of the BtoB and Specialised Services division and a member of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's Executive Committee.
The BtoB and Specialised Services division has 1,625 employees in six subsidiaries: Arkéa Banking Services, CFCAL, Arkéa Financement & Services, Monext, Nextalk and ProCapital. It develops banking services (service offering, acquisition, card issuing, customer relations, lead management, "bank as a service", mortgages, consumer credit, securities, etc.) sold under a white label.
