The group ensures the client's interests are respected from product conception to the handling of their complaints. Recognizing the crucial role of training in achieving this, the group conducts numerous awareness campaigns among staff in direct contact with clients. In line with its mutualistic and cooperative values, our banking group places the client at the heart of its concerns and daily actions. This commitment has led to the establishment of a committee overseeing support actions for financially vulnerable clients and a community of practices for complaint handling, bringing together group entities in an effort to enhance customer satisfaction.

Protection of Personal Data
The European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data No. 2016/679 has strengthened existing measures and harmonized practices within the European Union. Crédit Mutuel Arkéa adheres to the regulation's principles, such as transparency in data processing, strengthening individuals' rights, and the accountability of various stakeholders. Procedures have been implemented in compliance with current legislation, and employees have been sensitized to personal data protection.
The spirit of the regulation reflects the cooperative and mutualist values of the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Group, placing individuals - members, administrators, employees - at the core of its actions and concerns.
