Gender Equality Index
With a gender equality index of 94/100 in 2023, stable but exceeding the requirements*, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa reaffirms its long-standing commitment to promoting diversity and combating discrimination.
*The requirement set by the government as of March 1, 2019, is 75 out of 100, failing which companies have three years to comply.
Law Rixain
The Rixain law introduces quotas for leadership positions within companies.
*It stipulates that the proportion of women among executive managers and members of management bodies should be at least 30% as of March 1, 2026, and 40% as of March 1, 2029.
