The collective commitment to ethics
What are the guiding principles of action that should govern our behaviors in a committed banking group? How do they influence our daily lives, towards our clients, our suppliers, among ourselves, in relations with our teams? It is to answer these questions that the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's ethical charter was conceived.
In addition to the code of conduct outlined in our internal regulations and all applicable procedures that structure our activities across the diversity of our professions, the group's ethical charter aims to define the principles of action that stem from Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's Purpose and to determine the associated behaviors.
It is organized into three main chapters:
- Societal and environmental commitment
- Respect, Mutual Aid, Trust
- Transparency, Integrity, Exemplarity
For each of these, the expected behaviors are detailed by type of relationship with clients, suppliers, and in internal relations.
