Faire 2030 opens a new chapter in our rich history, that of a cooperative bank insurance group, deeply rooted in its territories, modern and innovative; It's also the story of a company with a mission, ready to take on the challenges of the future, while remaining true to its origins and its values. and principles of responsibility, solidarity and its Raison d'être (Purpose).

Faire 2030, as its name suggests, reflects a shared determination to act, to build the future, by refusing to be complacent, by refusing to submit to events that sometimes go against us, by choosing commitment, openness and boldness rather than standing still or turning in on ourselves.


Faire 2030 is an acceleration plan with ambitious goals for our historic regions of Brittany and the South West of France, but also beyond, by enabling our subsidiaries to deploy
their know-how and expertise to serve our customers in high-potential regions.

Faire 2030 means speeding up the opening up of our business model, to imagine and find new sources of growth, increase our competitiveness and preserve our sovereignty.

Faire 2030 also means continuing to demonstrate that finance is a tool for a more a more sustainable and equitable world. There are three major challenges ahead : mitigation and adaptation to climate change, safeguarding biodiversity and natural biodiversity, and water conservation.

Faire 2030 is also a genuine transformation plan, which puts forward the principle of "Faire Groupe", embodied in a customer promise shared by all the federations and subsidiaries: With you, with all our strength.

The regional approach is one of the Group's historic strengths, and a strong marker of our uniqueness. Our Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne and Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest federations, and then our subsidiaries, have developed distinctive approaches: close relationships, a good understanding of local issues, decisions taken locally, expertise, long-term support, etc. This approach has enabled us to be recognised as emblematic players and partners in the local and regional economy.

Our transformation ambitions 

Faire 2030 establishes a customer promise common to all Crédit Mutuel Arkéa entities: With you, with all our strength. This reflects our commitment to creating an authentic, lasting and simple collaboration with our members and customers, by mobilizing and bringing together all our resources and expertise to anticipate their needs, meet their expectations and aim for relational excellence. 

Faire 2030 carries two other major transformation ambitions:

  • Gain operational efficiency by building a more agile organization and practices around “Doing Group”.
  • Bringing a committed team to life by involving each employee to provide the best collective response to our customers and our development objectives.

Gaining operational efficiency leads in particular to: 

  • to adapt our organization to our strategic ambitions,
  • to overhaul and simplify our operating methods, by rationalizing and automating, for example, processes with low added value, by also making our information system a productivity lever,
  • to rethink the management of the Group to meet our transformation challenges.

Human capital is our first asset, our first value.

 

With “Faire 2030”, we want to bring to life a committed collective. To do this, we will work to strengthen the Group culture, develop transversality and promote the employability and commitment of employees.

We will also rely on the collective strength represented by our administrators who carry the voice of members through their involvement in serving their territory and local action. We will focus in particular on strengthening their role as ambassadors of the Group in the territories and increasing cohesion with Group employees, notably through joint training.
